Murondo Clan:
the murondo clan was developed to create excellent soldiers when it came to fighting with lightning, making their chakra amounts larger and giving them an edge in lightning techniques and jutsus. Many of the Murondo were killed through the excessive use of the clan as warriors and pawns on the battlefield thinking they could easily come back and fight another day, that was not the case in many situations they ended up overwhelmed in numbers and were tortured to death.

The murondan is an eye technique that allows all motion to be viewed in stop or slow motion, making it easier to dodge incoming missile or taijutsu attacks. The jutsu is activated when the user forcefully feeds chakra into their eyes, activating it, it turns the eye a light blue color for slow motion and a pure white for stop motion. Once the technique is in place only the user can cancel it but it drains the chakra at a low rate
Looks:
Personality: Taksuki is a quiet person, but is extremely strict when it comes to battle. He is also an excellent liar and can easily decieve anyone. Even so he is very self-concious and prideful making him easily angered through insults. He is somewhat heartless and is also short tempered, he is cruel at times and is forgetful at times.

Red Storm: Red storm the demon
within Taksukis amulet lurks in Taksuki's subconcious, as Taksuki
injures or kills someone, Red Storms power grows quickly, taking over
Taksuki completely Taksuki ending up as the subconcious in Red Storm.
His looks are somewhat distrubing, a hand reaches out of the necklace
to grasp the left side of Taksuki's face, while the other hand is
placed and looks like it is grabbing a hold of his heart, once both
hands are in place Red Storm is in full control of Taksuki's actions.
Red Storm has a need to consume the life force of humans, and the
closer the human is to Taksuki the more life force he can get. In this
form he has a bloodlust, and is much more strong in physical abilites,
able to throw a human as such force to smash them through trees. Red
Storm also has a need to be entertained which is usually brought upon
by feeding on Humans (Taking their life force). Taking the life force
of a human does nothing to them only puts them on a point of
exhaustion, leaving them in a coma if fed on for too long. In this
state his abilites with lightning are increased a long with his chakra
amount.

Completly different from Kakashis Lightning blade
technique, creates lightning from chakra and places them like katars
over his wrists they reach approx. 1 ft. from his body but can extend
them using more chakra can only extend one at a time and cannot extend
for long periods of time touched by the lightning rest is history (Body
= Conductor to ground, does not affect him because he places a chakra
barrier over his arms) Jutsu takes a lot of chakra. If this jutsu is
used to long then the barrier will break and he will sustain extensive
damage but will not die since it is his chakra, he can stop it before
it kills him but if even longer he wont be able to stop it and kill
himself.
Lightning Release: The user is able to manipulate electricity in all of its forms. He is able to shape it and can even extract it from his surroundings.

increase by 16% making easier to do kicks/punches and such, and if the
enemy is hit with the jutsu it will shock them since his feet/fists are
charged with Lightning.

The users body becomes
engulfed in lightning chakra protecting him from most non-water
attacks, this causes much slower movement, if weapons such as kunai or
Shuriken are thrown into it they are pointed outwards to make a more
vositile attack.
Lightning Dragon Jutsu:

The user fires a dragon
shaped lightning missile at the enemy which he can control with hand
movements making it much like a homing missile, causing tremendous
damage.
Lightning Blast Technique: The user fires 3
large balls of lightning from his mouth that will smash everything in
its path reaching out about 50 meters, however the further they go the
smaller they get.
Palms of Thunder: The user slams both palms onto the ground engulfing a 5 foot wide area in lightning giving the oppenent a ruthless shocking. The user cannot move during this technique what so ever.
Lightning Bullet: The user charges chakra in there fingertips (All) and fires a small bolt of lightning off at the oppenent (2 Inch Diameter) to cause Damage.
Weapon Creation Technique: The user creates ordinary ninja weapons (Kunai, Shuriken, and the Like) out of lightning to cause more damage and to move faster.
Chidori,Rank:A,Chidori (a.k.a. Raikiri) is a Ninjutsu technique.Used by utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. It was given the nickname Raikiri.Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand. the user hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.
After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, the user uses their quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because their opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. The Sharingan will allow them to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send their strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. Because of the great amount of chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day.
Lightning disks : Creates two spinning disks of electricity that can be thrown at the enemy. They are very sharp and there flight path can be controlled easily/

Flame Sphere Shield- The user creates a sphere of fire around themselves as a shield. It blocks attacks, as well as burn anything that touches it. Any fire atacks used on this sphere only makes it stronger.
Fire Style: Burning Root-
Taksuki carries a number of vine seeds which he infuses with chakra causing them to grow at incredible speeds, the vines race under and over the ground then explode in the place he wants, spraying burning embers all over.
Ninja Art: Fireblade Formation-
Taksuki uses Chakra to melt a pair of metal blocks he carries strapped to her arm, he forms and holds them into the shape of a pair of swords with his chakra, the white hot molten metal is extremely dangerous and can easily melt/cut through most normal weapons.
Ninja Art: Fireblade extension-
Taksuki uses more chakra, stretching and thinning the blades of her weapons up to twelve meters in length. however because the chakra must hold the swords in shape and they have more surface area the longer he makes the blades the more chakra it takes to maintain the shape.
Fireball Jutsu:
The user gathers chakra into their mouth and launches a large fireball from it, engulfing everything in fire that is within its diameter
Fire Style: Fire Clone
This technique forms a clone out of fire, similar to a shadow or water clone, however it is not as long lasting as the fire will go out.
Fire Dragon Jutsu:
The user gathers chakra in their mouth and expells it with great force in the shape of a dragon. This dragons direction can be chosen by the user through hand movements making it give a homing effect to it.
Fire Wall Technique: The user creates a wall of fire to stop the oppenent in their tracks, it forms out of the ground and is a flat wall, (Hieght: 10 Feet, Width: 7 Feet.)
Fire Bullet: The user aims their finger at an oppenent and fires a small ball of fire (2 inches in diameter) At the oppenent to burn them.
Fire Strike: The user blasts a small beam of fire out of their palm (5 Inches in diameter) That reaches around 30 meters to burn the oppenent.

The user creates two clones of himself, then they continususly jump
around the enemy punching or slicing them with their blades giving them
the sense that his moving at extreme speed and is unstoppable, but this
jutsu can be easily canceled with someone relating to byakugan or
sharingan by simply knocking them down before they attack.
Clone Fade

The
user creates a clone of himself, then using genjutsu makes it look like
their fading away so as the Tracker or chaser is coming after him the
clone will be caught making an easy escape for the person, this can be
used to easily escape someone who is tracking them, can be taught and
takes little to no chakra.
Twin Dragon Jutsu:
The user gathers both Fire and Lightning chakra and expels it from their mouth in the shape of a dragon, giving off a powerful strikes of lightning in all directions while burning everything in its path. This can also be directed from hand gestures and movements.
Body Flicker- Allows the user to move at extreme speed to attack the enemy and dodge incoming missiles.

Discription: Use almost every single bit of chakra in your system, and charge it into your fist. Once charged you violently slam it on the ground or into the opponent to cause MASSIVE DAMAGE!! Once used the person will stand but will not move naturally, reproduce cells, meaning that their immune system is low, and they wont regain chakra for several days. Can be interuppted and once it is, most of your chakra returns to your system but some is lost. Once the target is contacted with the jutsu they will be instantly killed.
Blade Stop:
This skill operates like the a counter, but instead
"catches" an attacker, freezing both person and target for a few moments.
Certain skills are available for you to attack with depending on Blade
Stop skill level. Both person and attacker are stopped until the [person
uses a skill, the person dies, the attacker dies, or Blade Stop's
duration expires.] Once the person uses the skill they are both free to move. Further, if the target is a person who also has the
Blade Stop skill then both are free to use their skills.
SUMMONS!!
Summoning
Jutsu (Lightning Beetles): Summons around 500 beetles that shock on
contact and die once they touch anything. Mainly a Confusion technique
this Jutsu does barely any damage and costs little chakra. This wil
burn through clothing and leave minor burns but no more. They are fast
beetles either such that they could not be outrun by many.
Summoning Jutsu(Tiger)
Taksuki's tiger is of unnatural size, growing the hieght of a human while on all 4's and reaching out to about the length of a car. This tiger has chakra allowing it to do jutsus and attack with extreme damage.
Tri-Claw-
This is a combo technique that the tiger uses allowing him to do a rapid 3 strike attack, where the first attack is a double clawing from above, the second is an under-clawing with his back feet and the last is a major sweeping clawing with either or both paws.
Body Flicker- Allows the user to move at extreme speed to attack the enemy and dodge incoming missiles.
Weapons:
Cresent Moon Blade
This blade is the only one
of its kind having half its length the handle and the other half its
blade, making it easier to do quick upward slashes and thrusts, also,
this blade is infused with lightning Chakra which allows the user to do
more devestating attacks and able to shock the oppenent if your feeding
chakra into it.
Hidden Blades: These sharp poison tipped blades are hidden underneath the cuffs of his sleaves and are set up with springs to jut out at the push of a button near his pinky. This small blades are extremely powerful and if used correctly can be the winning factor in a battle, often used to kill the people who bring bad news to him or assassins, Taksuki uses these blades often. (Length is about 6 inches)
Hidden Knifes: These throwing knifes are hidden inside his shoulders with the click of a button underneath his tongue the fire causing him pain but can be used to cut himself free of prison or ropes, they can be used extremely effectively in some situations and uneffective in others, but most of the time they arent used at all.

user using his speed runs past the oppenent and strings them with
chakra string pulls them in and uses their sword in an upward movement
throwing them high into the air, which the user follows since the
string and ends up above the enemy and does this, points the sword down
at the ground and collects Lightning in the blade then spins at high
speeds down at the enemy smashing them into the Ground.

The user after doing the necessary steps to gain Thunder Foot, the user the does a low sweeping kick then a backspring onto one hand in order to kick the oppenent with both feet, after which doing a backflipish move to jump ontop of the oppenent.

The user after doing the necessary steps to gain Thunder Fist, then does a quicker punch at the gut and Kneeing upward, afterwhich, the user standing on one foot swings around to back fist the oppentent and then punches him again with his beginning hand.
