"This is becoming rather bothersome..." Pendo said as he flipped backwards away from the puppet. "Don't get near the puppet..." Pendo said looking to his fellow members. He then made an odd movement with his hands as water rushed into the area filling it up to 8 feet deep. He then moved his hands around as water began to rise up around the Mizukage and anbu as it then began to close in on them.

Akki twitched and moved the fingers on her right hand and her puppet charged toward Pendo then started to spin a glint of blade could be seen from the puppets body while at the same time : Akki preformed some small hand seals with her free hand "Thank you for the water at least i can be greatful for that" Akki finished her handseals "Water Release: Tsunami Jutsu"
A large wave rose up from Pendos own water and rushed towards him "We'll be here all day both using water jutsu so ill make my next move the finishing one" she called out over the rushing of water

Pendo only laughed "Your water techniques are useless on me." Pendo said as he pushed his hands forward as the wave turned back at Akki as it grew in size and force, now head for the anbu member.

Aoiro looked at the tsunami boredly and made collapse on itself with a snap of his fingers. "Pendo just give up we will be fighting like this for a week at this rate. You will fail so just give up now," Aoiro said.

"Akatsuki never fails." Pendo said. Have to do something new... Pendo thought I've got it... he snapped his finger as ice spikes shot up from the ground everywhere excpet for where the akatsuki members were standing. The spikes shot up from the ground right from under the ANBU, and Mizukage and everywhere around them.

Akki and Aoiro got impaled by the ice spikes. 5 spikes were in Akki and 6 spikes were in Aoiro. Both ninja melted into water where they stood. A water dragon erupted from the water and headed towards Pendo. If it ran througha a spike the spike was crushed by the force of the dragon,

"You never learn, do you?" Pendo said as he forced the dragon back with 5 times more force. Pendo then moved to his right for something made him suspicious about the Mizukage's stupidity. Wat is it really stupidity? Or a simple ploy? Either way he had avoided the dragon and anything hidden within it.

Aoiro appeared behind Pendo and aimed to hit him on his neck with Ranshinshou. If this hit landed it would be all over for Pendo.

Pendo has quickly noticed the Mizukage behind him as Ice formed in the air and blocked the entire back side of Pendo's body. Spikes then shot out from the ice that blocked the hit.
((Note: The spikes actually came out of the ice and are less than 2 inches away from you.

Aoiro tried liquifying himself before he was stabbed but a spike peirced his arm before he was totally liquid. Once Aoiro was water he sloshed away behind a tree that was almost covered in water. Why is this guy so hard to beat? Aoiro thought. Aoiro solified in the leaves and thought of his plan. I don't want to use the Kyubi but it looks like i have to soon Aoiro continued in thought. Aoiro formed his plan and waited for Pendo to attack.

It was getting rather annoying which it showed on Pendo's face with all of the damage caused around the area as he looked over to rather stunned ANBU, then could no longer see the Mizukage. "We will end this later..." Pendo said as water shot from the ground and he sunk into a puddle until he completely disappeared.

Aoiiro made the water around him disappear as he sat on a tree branch. "i can't beleive me the Mizukage got almost killed by a lowly akatsuki," Aoiro said as he let out a sigh. "I wonder why he ran away. Didn't he sense that my chakra was low? or did the Kyuubitrick him into thinking i still had high chakra?" Aoiro said to himself. Aoiro tried to get up but found himself too tired so he just layed down on the branch and fell asleep.

Akki puffed and panted the fight had taken a toll on her, her chakra was reasonably low and she had a few scrapes from the fight she looked over to the Mizukage and saw he was sleeping she decided to wait around just to make sure he was safe as he rested.
